Tammy Martin

As a certified trauma practitioner and social service worker with over 30 years of experience, Tammy specializes in helping individuals reduce stress and anxiety, by managing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and overcoming addiction.
Tammy is a certified HeartMath® trainer and a NeuroChangeSolutions consultant trained in the neuroscience of
change by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Her mission is to guide people toward holistic wellness and help them create the life they truly desire. Tammy achieves this by designing personalized healing journeys that blend neuroscience,
psychoeducation, and proven HeartMath techniques. These tools support the transition from chronic stress to a state of regulation, resilience, and intentional living—enhancing mental focus and clarity, emotional stability, and problem-solving skills.
As a service provider in Healtheon’s Hub, she teaches HeartMath techniques supported by over 30 years of scientific research and utilizes Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback technology. These methods help regulate the nervous system, reduce cortisol levels, and improve immune function—fostering optimal performance and even anti-aging benefits, such as a 100% increase in DHEA as shown in research.
She also offers the revolutionary neuroscience of change program designed by Dr. Joe Dispenza to help individuals create sustainable change in their lives and relationships, by teaching the science behind the mind and body connection.
HeartMath is often called “medicine from the heart”—an inner compass that can be used before, during, or after stressful events to make clearer decisions and maintain balance. Whether recovering from health issues or preventing them, these tools help individuals maintain cognitive function and self-regulation under pressure, preventing burnout and promoting vitality.
Tammy enjoys travelling around teaching this incredible life changing work. She is passionate about supporting the Healtheon Hub community in cultivating sustainable well-being, reducing stress, and unlocking their full potential.
