Providers maintain their own privacy practices and may collect additional information beyond what is shared through our platform. Users should review Provider privacy policies when selecting services.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. Users under 16 may only use our platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Healtheon is based in Canada and the information we collect is governed by Canadian law. If you are accessing our services from outside Canada, please be aware that information collected through our platform will be transferred to, processed, and stored in Canada.
