Our Educational Advisor Services is led by Cookie Walton, a highly experienced Educational Specialist and former Toronto District School Board teacher with over 30 years of experience in special education. Cookie works with RCM Health Consultancy and Healtheon, supporting families with children who struggle with complex learning, behavioural and addiction issues.

In every case, Cookie works closely with parents, clinicians, schools and community services to create clear, coordinated action plans tailored to each child’s unique needs. Her guidance empowers families to gain clarity, take meaningful steps forward, and build resilience for the journey ahead.
